OTC commodity markets like Freight, Iron Ore, Agriculture, and Oil products have adopted OTC clearing – clearing is here to stay.

Currently the OTC cleared market is manually executed and manually cleared. As a result General Clearing Members (GCMs) have an increasing work-load as markets re-grow and transaction volumes increase.

There is a big manual “gap” between execution and clearing. Electronic trading simply cannot take off without effective processing of trades.

Therefore, we have created Cleartrade Exchange as the FIRST and ONLY OTC commodity market solution which properly links execution to clearing – giving GCMs control of credit and limits, enabling true STP of OTC trades.

Cleartrade Exchange (CLTX) powers regulatory compliance through 3rd party reporting solution & connects to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)

28 May 2013: Cleartrade Exchange (CLTX) has announced the launch of its third party reporting service, through an electronic connection to the Swap Data Repository owned by The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Derivative contracts traded through CLTX can now be automatically reported to the DTCC in real-time, allowing members of the exchange to comply with CFTC trade reporting requirements.
